Our products must always be used in a child-safe and supervised environment.

Comfort Change Mat:

If you use our change mat on a compactum or table, please do not leave your infant / toddler unattended on it. Regularly check for excessive wear or tears. Due to the nature o the product, infants / toddlers over 9kg should not stand on the mat as this may cause seam tears. Do not leave the change mat where it is in direct sunlight as this will make the outer material brittle. We offer a recover service, please email us to find out more.

 

Wooden Dangles:

Never leave your infant / toddler unattended when using our Dingle Dangles. Regularly check for excessive wear or tear and discontinue use if there are any signs of such on the cords or knots. While the beads are painted with 100% safe paints (should they end up in the mouth), this product must never be used as a teether or chew toy. Should you choose to use our dangles past 12 months of age, please be mindful that as your little one grows stronger, increased force or vigorous play could lead to product wear and eventual breakage.

 

Heartfelt Dangles:

Never leave your infant / toddler unattended when using our Dingle Dangles. Regularly check for excessive wear or tear and discontinue use if there are any signs of such on the cords or knots. While our felt is saft if it ends up in your little ones mouth, it is designed for gentle early stage play, this product it intended as an interactive décor piece, and not a teething toy. Should you choose to use our dangles past 12 months of age, please be mindful that as your little one grows stronger, increased force or vigorous play could lead to product wear and eventual breakage. 

 

Cot Mattress:

To avoid injury or suffocation, the gap between the mattress and cot sides and ends should not be more than 3cm when the mattress is pulled tightly to one side. Our covers should fit snugly and securely over our changing mat or cot mattress.

You agree and acknowledge that any product purchased should be used at your own risk, and you should assess the risks individual to your infant / toddler before purchasing any product or using any product with your infant / toddler. You agree that if Ruby Melon is deemed liable for any harm caused, the amount which it shall be liable to you shall be limited to the cost of the product. In no event should you allow your infant / toddler to use our products unattended, nor should you leave any children unattended in the presence of this product as it may present an injury.
